Is a 6'3 foot male with long spiked pure silver hair that reaches mid back. He wears a long sleeved red buttoned up shirt with black trousers. Thrown of the top is a black long sleeved cloak with a sleeveless lab coat on top of that. he has crimson red eyes and pale skin. He is thin with an athletic build.
hayato grew up in the grandline as a child. His parent sleft him when he was only five. he didn't care he just began his own life. he learnt to live on his own reading, talking, walking everything he did on his own without the help of anyone. He was a loner never going never anyone staying locked up in his cabin reading nothing but books. Books on everything history, medicine, combat, pirates, marines he read up on the world learning it all.
He took up medicine learning to use it. he spent hours upon hours learning to create different medicines by himself withouth the help of others just like he had always been doing his own thing. he spent 12 years till he was 17 learning on medicine and learning to fight on his own using scalpels and a pair of wakizashi as his weapons.
He revolved his fighting style around hitting pressure points and his opponents vital points to disable them or kill them swiftly and painlessly. Same with his sword style and scalpel fighting., he mixed his fighting around using lethal poisons which he studied when he was 14 incorperating poisons into his fighting style as well.
hayato injected himself with numerous poisons becoming immune to them over time. Man made poisons, snake venoms and more every type of poison he could get his hands on he injected himself woith then the antidote and continued doing this until his body became immune. Now he has hundreds of lethal poisons stored inside his body.
At 18 he lefted his home heading off to university. There he studied in medicine, biology and poisons. He learnt what he could from his teachers still always being the loner he was. never caring for anyone. he performed many experiments while at university legal and illegal to further his love of research. Even experimenting on himself. he graduated at 22
He carries antitodes, medicines, poisons weapons and many other poison tools on his body when fighting. he will do what it takes to kill his opponent. He won't hold back when he fights going all out to kill them without any remorse. he earnt himself the name 'The Doctor' because of the way he kills. Poisoning then striking his opponents vital points with persicion cuts like a surgeon. Also for his manner of cutting his opponents open and removing their organs before killing them.
Later on in the years Hayato come across a strange purple fruit. He ate it and discover he had turned into a toxic man. he ahd eaten the Dokusei Dokusei no mi a stornger version to the Doku Doku ni Mi and a logia class fruit.
Personality: Hayato is cold and cruel and prefers to be by himself. he hates company so he dispises the idea of joining acrew. But if it must he will. He enjoys torturing his opponents before he kills them slicing them up removing their organs slowly before delivering the fatal blow. He enjoys doing experiments on animals or humans it doesn't matter to him. To him everything it just a tool for him to experiment on.

Hayato has experimented on his own body inserting devices into his body that give him different ablities, Increased strength, speed and more.
Techniques (1-30):
1) Poison Bombs: Hayato will remove bombs full of toxic poisonous gas from his lab coat and throw them at his opponent. They wil l explode the moment they touch something. They will engulf a large area a block or more in deadly gas that could even kill an elephant
2) Poison Breath: Hayato using one of the devices he implanted in his body will bring up poison that he has flowing in his body up to his mouth. he will release it like a flame thrower intead it will release a large jet of poison gas from his mouth.
3) Poison Nails: hayato will bring the poison from his body into his nails and coat them in thick deadly poison. he will lunge at his opponent and swing the claws. Anything he touches will have poison injected into them
4) Poison fist: Thanks to the poisons he has consumed and experiments he has done on his own body he can bring the poisons inside of him and release it at will as well as eating the dokusei no mi. he has incorperated this into a deadly style called the poison fist. he has mini holes around his body that will open when he wants them to thanks to mechanical machines in his entire body that he has created. he will release poison from these holes every time he attacks to gas his opponent
5) Poison Gas: Hayato will release poison from his body to consume him in a large poison smoke. he will use this to destract his opponent or to flee from the battle field
6) POison needles: Hayato will throw needles covered in poisons at his opponents.
