Sparring RUles

Here are the rules.

This is where you come to spar with others to practice your abilities. Their are no killings here unless against NPC characters which you can ask to battle one here. If you beat someone in the spars the win does not count to increasing your bounty level only battles won in game. No god modding is aloud here either. Make sure your descriptive with your attacks giving full details so opponent may dodge if they wish. But same for opponent you can not dodge ever attack.
