2) Only 5 Devil Fruit users per Account 1 fruit per character (Rule does not apply to Admins can have up to 10 fruit users_
3) only allowed 5 Captain Characters (Does not apply to Admins)
4) Do not describe your character as appearing or having the personality as a canon character eg luffy
5) Characters will not be related to Canon Characters
6) Character must have done something to warrent bounty. They can not have a bounty without doing any sort of crime
7) No using characters from other anime.
Haki is only allowed to those with bounties of 200,000,000 +
